About Gautam Ganjawala

Gautam Ganjawala is a senior and key member of AZB & Partners’ banking and finance practice with over 17 years’ experience. He represents major banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, foreign portfolio investors, private credit players, family offices, special situation financiers and other lenders and borrowers on regulatory work and financing transactions with a focus on structured finance. Gautam also actively advises on M&A and investments with an emphasis on the BFSI, fintech and infrastructure sectors. He regularly advises clients across the digital payments and fintech ecosystem, including payments, cards, embedded finance and digitising delivery of financial products and services.
