He has an exceptional track record in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions, with deep expertise in joint ventures, large-scale developments, portfolio acquisitions and hospitality projects. He also advises prominent Mexican and international financial institutions on bridge and long-term financings, as well as on the structuring and implementation of advanced security packages, primarily involving real estate assets.
