Gabriel Rodríguez-Ramos is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience, leading high-profile, complex criminal cases in Spain. He holds a PhD in Law (UCM), a dual Bachelor’s in Law and Business Administration (ICADE E-3), an Executive MBA (IE), and specialises in rhetoric (UCM). Certified in COSO ERM (IIA) and as a Compliance Specialist (AENOR), he is professor across several disciplines and degrees and is the Deputy Director of La Ley Penal journal. He is a member of the Academic Committee of La Ley Penal Compliance journal and has authored numerous scholarly papers and co-authored collective works, earning the Medal of Merit for Service to the Legal Profession from the General Council of Spanish Lawyers.
