Gail Christopher leads Gilbert + Tobin's banking and finance group and is a member of the firm's board. With over 20 years of experience, she is a market leader in complex acquisition and leveraged financings – including senior bank, unitranche, covenant-lite and TLB financings – and has been instrumental in shaping the development of these products in Australia. Ms Christopher advises clients across the capital structure and has led some of the largest and most complex LBOs in the Australian market.
