About Geoff Hosking

Geoff Hosking is a partner in Anthony Harper’s corporate and commercial team and has more than 30 years’ experience advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and venture capital transactions. He has extensive experience negotiating shareholder arrangements and strategic commercial contracts that support transformational transactions, including supply and procurement agreements, contract manufacturing, licensing and technology transfer. Geoff also brings deep expertise in technology and intellectual property, frequently advising on IT-driven M&A and transactions involving complex systems integration or outsourcing components. He is known for his commercial acumen and his ability to tailor pragmatic, solution-focused advice to clients’ strategic objectives.
