About George Lu

George Lu serves as chief partner of LANBAI and vice-chair of the Shanghai Bar Association. He has nearly 20 years of experience in labour and employment law. George's practice focuses on Chinese labour law, specialising in labour relations, labour contracts, labour standards, labour protection, WTO labour standards, etc. He has long been engaged in litigation and non-litigation work, including labour arbitration and litigation, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and employee layoffs and relocations and has participated in legislative, policy and theoretical research for government agencies, industry associations and research institutions.
