George Loutas
is head of the property and construction team at Hive Law. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial and high-end residential property; in all aspects of property development and property financing, commercial leasing, building and construction, and tendering and procurement; and facets of hotel and resort law. He also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating all property-related documentation.
