About Ghifar Hilmi

Ghifar Hilmi is an associate at Karna Partnership with a growing practice in insolvency, restructuring and commercial dispute resolution. He obtained his Bachelor’s in Law from Universitas Islam Indonesia and has demonstrated strong dedication to justice through his active involvement in the Advocacy and Human Rights Clinic and the Yogyakarta Legal Aid Institute (LBH Yogyakarta). Hilmi regularly assists clients in bankruptcy and PKPU proceedings and provides advisory support in corporate and litigation matters. He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
