About Giulia Spata

Giulia Spata is an associate in the IP practice at GA-Alliance, Italy. She is a member of the Milan Bar Association. Giulia has experience in advising both Italian and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trade marks, copyright, designs, domain names and know-how, with particular expertise in the fashion and luxury sector. Her practice covers both contentious and non-contentious matters. Through secondment experiences at leading fashion houses, she has gained first-hand insight into the needs and operations of major players in the fashion industry, as well as the opportunity to coordinate complex IP proceedings involving various jurisdictions.
