About Giulio Monga

Giulio Monga is a managing associate at ICT Legal Consulting with experience in data protection, new technologies, civil and commercial law, and private international law. He holds a PhD in international law from the Catholic University of Milan and focused his dissertation on the regulation of digital platforms within the European Union. Over the years, he has advised a wide range of entities – including investment funds, banks and public companies – gaining significant experience in M&A operations. His practice spans both advisory work and representation in judicial and administrative proceedings. He has authored several articles and book chapters and is also registered as a freelance journalist.
