started his professional career in January 1975 with his mentor, Professor Piero Schlesinger, with whom he founded the law firm Schlesinger Lombardi in 1988. In 1996, he established the law firm Lombardi e Associati and five years later, along with the law firm Pedersoli, he founded Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati. In 2004, he founded the law firm Lombardi Molinari e Associati (now Lombardi Segni e Associati). He has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration (with specific reference to the corporate, banking and insolvency areas). His professional expertise expands also to non-contentious matters, focusing on M&A, corporate finance, as well as debt restructuring and corporate reorganisation, especially for cases involving generational changeovers. Co-founder of the law review ‘Corriere Giuridico’, he has written numerous articles on corporate and banking law and is a member of the Association Européenne pour le Droit Bancaire et Financier (AEDBF).
