Giacomo Bossa is a partner at Barakat + Bossa with over ten years of experience building a real estate practice. He advises clients on disputes involving joint ventures, ownership conflicts, development and construction matters, landlord-tenant issues, distressed assets and real estate claims. Giacomo represents domestic and international clients in litigation, combining trial and transactional advocacy. His background spans real estate, business litigation, corporate matters and international arbitration. He is board certified in Business Litigation and Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar and a recipient of the Miami-Dade Bar’s Circle of Excellence Award in Real Property.
