About Giahna Soles-Hunt

Giahna Soles-Hunt is currently chair of the litigation and dispute resolution group at Glinton Sweeting O’Brien. She joined the firm in 2019 and was appointed to partnership in 2021. Giahna has appeared before all levels of the judiciary in The Bahamas and recently before the Judicial Committee of The Privy Council. She has experience in civil and commercial litigation including insolvent liquidations, employment, construction, tax and land disputes, trust litigation, and contentious probate. Giahna holds an LLB from the University of The West Indies and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Studies (Hons) from Pennsylvania State University. She was called to The Bahamas Bar in 2008.
