About Gianpaolo Todisco

Gianpaolo Todisco is the founding partner of Clovers and has over 20 years of experience advising Italian and international clients on intellectual property, commercial and corporate law, technology and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on IP, media and entertainment, technology transactions, commercial agreements and cross-border matters. He holds an LLM in High-Tech Law from Santa Clara University School of Law and completed studies at Columbia University and Université Paris Nanterre. Gianpaolo lectures on intellectual property law at Parthenope University, serves on the boards of several technology companies and cultural organisations, and is admitted to the Milan Bar.
