Giorgos Tsirogiannis is an associate in the corporate and M&A practice at Machas & Partners. He focuses his practice on M&A, due diligence investigations and general corporate law matters. He has extensive experience as a legal advisor in investment and real estate construction companies, having assisted both domestic and international clients on M&A projects, corporate governance issues, cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations.
