About Gloria Bae

Gloria Bae is an associate at WADR Law, where she represents production companies, agencies, talent, and other creatives in entertainment, media, and intellectual property transactions. She drafts and negotiates agreements across the development, production, and distribution life cycle, including talent, production, licensing, and rights-related agreements. She also advises clients on intellectual property ownership, chain of title, and related commercial matters. Before joining WADR, Gloria supported corporate and transactional matters at an entertainment law firm and served as a law clerk at a commercial litigation firm. She is a member of the New York Bar.
