About Gloria Gattari

Gloria Gattari is a trainee lawyer at Simbari Avvocati Penalisti, where she has been undertaking her legal traineeship since February 2026, focusing on corporate and business criminal law. She supports the firm’s lawyers in advising and representing companies and entrepreneurs, contributing to the preparation of legal opinions, risk assessments and litigation strategies. She also advises on corporate administrative liability under Legislative Decree No 231/2001 and assists with the drafting and updating of the related organisational, management and control models. She previously gained experience in criminal litigation. She holds a degree in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and is a member of ELSA.
