About Graham Bloomfield

Graham Bloomfield is a senior associate in Matheson’s finance and capital markets department focusing on structured finance. Graham has experience advising on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including the launch of a variety of exchange-traded product, bond issuance and repack programmes. His experience also includes a variety of collateralised loan obligation, commercial paper and synthetic risk transfer transactions. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory issues covering the Securitisation Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation and Transparency Regulations – and matters related to the custody of electronic assets, derivatives, set-off and netting.
