He has more than 35 years of international banking and finance and corporate commercial experience gained in South Africa, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia and the Sultanate of Oman, including as a Partner of MinterEllison, the largest Australasian law firm. Graham has been working in Oman since April 2011. He advises clients on a variety of issues, including company law/corporate governance issues, product development, new laws, updating standard documents, banker/customer issues, contractual disputes, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering/bribery/corruption laws, privacy and data protection, enforcement action and rights, powers, and remedies under security documents.
