About Gregory Pessin

Gregory Pessin is a partner in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance department. He focuses on representing borrowers with respect to all types of financing for transformative corporate transactions. He also regularly represents parties to high-stakes conflicts involving debt and financing issues, and advises investors in and purchasers and sellers of distressed entities. He has represented affiliates of Towerbrook Capital, Apollo Management, The Carlyle Group, Flexpoint Ford and other private equity sponsors with respect to acquisition financings for various portfolio companies. He also routinely advises many of the country’s largest public companies on financings for major acquisitions.
