Gro Grytli Mostuen
is an associate who mainly works with regulatory and contractual issues within the energy sector, including organisational requirements and unbundling, connection agreements with grid companies and questions related to public administration and concessions for wind and hydro power production. Gro also assists in questions regarding climate risk and sustainability. Before Gro came to Thommessen, she was a research assistant at the UiO's petroleum and energy law department, where she wrote a Master's thesis on the regulation of grid companies.
