About Grégoire Durand
Grégoire Durand
is a senior associate in Freshfields’ litigation team in Paris, focusing on white-collar crime, compliance, technology and cybersecurity. He advises leading global companies and their managers on white-collar crime matters, including criminal aspects of cyber incident response or data protection law, such as the implementation of the E-evidence package. Grégoire also represents technology and telecom clients on cases involving physical attacks on networks, and law enforcement/judicial/intelligence community data requests. In 2022 and 2025, Grégoire was seconded to technology clients, working on government requests, regulatory compliance and youth protection. Grégoire also teaches criminal procedure at the Sciences Po Law School in Paris. He is admitted to practice in Paris and New York.
