Guilherme Teles
is a lawyer with experience of advising participants in Brazil’s National Financial System, including banks, payment institutions, and virtual asset service providers. His practice at Panucci, Severo e Nebias Advogados focuses on banking regulation, the Brazilian Payments System (SPB), instant payments, fintech, crypto-assets, blockchain/distributed ledger technology and AML. Guilherme has represented clients in administrative proceedings before the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Council for Financial Activities Control (COAF), and the National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN). He holds a postgraduate degree in administrative law from the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) and an LEC/FGV compliance certificate.
