About Gustavo Laborde
Gustavo Laborde
is the founding partner of Laborde Law, with over 20 years of experience in international arbitration and public international law. He has acted for states, state-owned entities and companies in major international commercial, investor-state and state-to-state disputes. Gustavo has served as arbitrator, including through direct appointments by major arbitral institutions. A graduate of Columbia Law School, the Geneva Graduate Institute (MIDS) and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Gustavo practised with leading arbitration teams in New York, Geneva and Paris before founding Laborde Law in 2017. He is admitted to the New York, Paris and Buenos Aires bars and is a member of the LCIA, Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and Spanish Arbitration Club.
