About Gustaf Heintz

Gustaf Heintz is a senior associate in the employment law team at Walder Wyss, advising Swiss and international clients – including start-ups – on a wide range of employment and sports law matters. His practice includes personnel leasing, terminations (including collective redundancies), employee participation and compensation schemes, internal investigations, work and residency permits for employees, entrepreneurs and UHNW individuals, and drafting of contracts and policies. He also represents clients in court and administrative proceedings and has co-authored legal publications in employment and procedural law. Gustaf is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations as well as the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland, reflecting his engagement in the legal community.
