Dominic Bray
is co-head of the advertising law group at Lee & Thompson and head of the firm’s disputes practice, focusing on disputes and regulatory compliance within the creative sectors. Known for his clear and pragmatic approach, he works with brands, agencies, content creators, technology platforms and industry associations on a range of issues, including IP infringement, contract disputes, content clearance, regulatory complaints and enforcement. He operates the firm’s legal advice and pitch protection services for the Alliance of Independent Agencies, and teaches on their Diploma in “Strategy, Creativity and Communications”.
