About Domicio dos Santos Neto

Domicio dos Santos Neto is a founding partner of Santos Neto Advogados, with 26 years’ experience in advising investors on financial transactions and security packages in Brazil. He leads the firm’s agribusiness, project finance, trade finance, capital markets, derivatives and banking and finance practices, and has particular experience in agribusiness financing structures. He was formerly a professor of Commercial Law at the University of São Paulo and Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP), and is a lecturer and author on trade finance and corporate law. He is recognised by Chambers and Partners as a Star Individual for Agribusiness in Brazil.
