About Davine Roessingh

Davine Roessingh is a partner in De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek’s litigation practice. She has extensive experience in stakeholder-driven litigation, such as the class actions against Rabobank concerning derivatives and corporate inquiry proceedings against former SNS REAAL, and handles a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes. Davine co-heads the firm’s cross-expertise climate and sustainability group. Recent work includes representing United Group in Enterprise Chamber proceedings and ING in the climate case launched by Milieudefensie. Davine regularly speaks and publishes on climate change topics and, among others, sits on the Advisory Board of Oxford University’s Climate Policy Monitor.
