About David Harrison

David Harrison is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Vietnam office and has more than ten years' experience of working in Vietnam. He has advised lenders and borrowers on out-of-court workouts and insolvency and restructuring matters in both Vietnam and the USA, being one of very few lawyers in Vietnam with Chapter 11 and DIP experience. David has advised multilateral and commercial lenders and agents on a broad range of secured and subordinated credit facilities extended to banks and corporations in Vietnam and other Asian jurisdictions.
