About David I Albin

David I Albin has extensive experience representing private equity and venture capital firms, as well as public and private companies, in acquisitions, dispositions, investments, formations, and other transactions. He also advises public companies on securities law matters and provides both public and private companies with counsel on corporate governance, contracts, and a wide range of other corporate issues. In addition, David has served as outside general counsel to clients across diverse industries, including medical devices, healthcare services, e-commerce, government procurement, and food and beverage. David is a leader in both state and federal Bar activities and is a frequent speaker at events. He previously served as chairperson of the Business Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, where he currently serves as chairperson of the Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee.
