About David Sanford

David Sanford cofounded Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight in 2004. He has served as chairman since 2012 and co-chairs the Executive Representation Practice group. Chambers and Partners has ranked him for ten consecutive years in Labour and Employment: Mainly Plaintiffs in New York. He has represented hundreds of senior executives, including more than 100 general counsel and law firm partners, in contract, severance and discrimination matters. He has also led more than 50 class actions. A graduate of Stanford Law School, he clerked for Judge Gladys Kessler, is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and lectures annually at Stanford.
