About David Freylikhman

David Freylikhman focuses his practice on complex transactional real estate, including the purchase, sale, leasing, development and financing of commercial properties. His practice covers the full range of real estate assets, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotels, and mixed-use developments. David represents lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, family offices and businesses of all sizes in connection with legal strategy, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, licensings, and corporate control matters. David was formerly an adjunct professor of law with New York Law School and with Seton Hall School of Law, teaching Drafting: Corporate Documents and Commercial Finance.
