David is often involved in cross-border transactions relating to the acquisition of shares and conducts due diligence for clients. He has extensive experience of giving advice to local and foreign businesses on a broad range of labour law matters. His experience, in conjunction with his client-oriented approach, enables him to conduct an analytical review of Armenian legislation and prepare legal opinions aimed at protecting clients’ interests. Other specialisations include inheritance, finance and anti-trust law.
