About David Vasella

David Vasella is a partner in the information technology, intellectual property and competition team at Walder Wyss. He advises Swiss and international companies and authorities on data and technology law matters. David specialises in data use, data and technology-related contracts, data security matters, cloud projects, data protection compliance and artificial intelligence. He regularly gives talks and writes publications, for example on datenrecht.ch, a Swiss platform on data law. He is a certified information privacy professional and manager (CIPP/E, CIPM), a fellow of information privacy (FIP), and an AI governance professional (AIGP).
