Dahye Cho is a partner in Lee & Ko’s private equity and banking and finance groups. Her practice focuses mainly on private equity funds and capital markets compliance matters. She also has experience in assisting clients with matters relating to corporate governance and M&A. Her representative cases include the acquisition of shares in Doosan Solus (listed on KOSPI) by Skylake Equity Partners, the acquisition of shares in Vin Group (listed company of Vietnam) by SK Group, and the establishment of a joint venture between SK Group, IMM PE and other investors.
