About Daiana Ubushaeva

Daiana Ubushaeva is a Tax Consultant at Consigliere Group focusing on international tax planning, private wealth taxation and cross-border tax matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the tax practice, where she participated in corporate tax advisory, tax due diligence, transfer pricing documentation and tax risk assessments. Daiana advises clients on tax aspects of wealth structuring, investments and family wealth planning. She holds a law degree from Moscow State University and a master’s degree in Financial and Tax Consulting from Moscow State Law University. Her practice combines legal and tax analysis across both domestic and international frameworks.
