is an experienced financial and regulatory lawyer, focusing his practice on investment funds and asset management. He works closely with credit institutions, management companies and institutional investors in the structuring of investment vehicles in the form of AIFs, other AIFs, UCITS and other collective investment products. Damien joined Lacourte Raquin Tatar as a partner in January 2018. He was previously part of the banking and finance team at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. From 2008 to December 2014, Damien developed his practice in the financial market department at Allen & Overy LLP's Paris office. At the time, he was seconded as an associate in the AXA REIM SGP legal team (2012), as well as in the equity division team at the Paris office of Goldman Sachs (2010). He speaks French and English.
