is an experienced financial and regulatory lawyer, focusing his practice on investment funds and asset management. He works closely with credit institutions, management companies and institutional investors on the structuring of investment vehicles in the form of AIFs, other AIFs, UCITS and other collective investment products. Damien joined Lacourte Raquin Tatar as a partner in January 2018. He was previously on the banking and finance team at CMS Francis Lefebvre, after developing his practice in the financial markets department at Allen & Overy's Paris office. He speaks French and English.
