Dan Oltean is a key member of Vlăsceanu & Partners’ corporate and M&A practice, co-ordinating the M&A practice alongside Loredana Vlăsceanu. Dan has distinguished himself through his ability to manage intricate, multi-stakeholder negotiations and to steer transactions to successful completion across all stages of the deal lifecycle. His practice encompasses end-to-end transaction management across a broad spectrum of high-value mandates, from initial structuring and commercial negotiations through to execution and closing. He is particularly recognised for his proficiency in negotiating and drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents.
