About Dana Bentata
Dana Bentata
is co-head of the intellectual property group at Bentata Abogados. She focuses her practice on complex and emerging IP matters, with particular emphasis on trade mark and copyright protection, brand strategy and the commercialisation of intangible assets. Dana also counsels clients on unfair competition matters and the acquisition and protection of non-traditional marks. She currently serves on the ECTA Artificial Intelligence and Data Committee, the INTA Geographical Indications Committee and the MARQUES Emerging Issues Committee.
