Daniel Alfredo Pino Arroba
graduated as a lawyer from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil in 2000 and holds an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington. He is a founding partner of Pino Elizalde Abogados, where he leads the firm's corporate and transactional practice. Most of his professional experience is related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing of projects and investments, especially in highly regulated industries, such as telecommunications, energy and mining, insurance, and capital markets. His last publication was the Ecuador chapter for the 2017 edition of “Energy Global Legal Insights”, in collaboration with Jaime Arosemena and Fernanda Guzmán.
