About Daniel Amézquita

Daniel Amézquita is a lawyer at Galicia Abogados. His professional practice focuses on administrative and constitutional litigation as well as customs and international trade. He has successfully represented several transnational companies in constitutional challenges to various legal provisions, in determinations of tax credits by federal and local authorities and other types of disputes. Daniel has been a legal adviser on various projects for several important national and international import and export companies in Mexico. He has postgraduate studies in tax law, a specialisation in EU law and diplomas in American law, international commercial arbitration and anti-corruption, among others. Daniel has participated as a professor at Universidad Panamericana, Universidad Iberoamericana, Escuela Libre de Derecho and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
