About Daniel Colunga

Daniel Colunga is an associate at E&A Legal, focusing on tax controversy, including administrative and constitutional tax litigation. He advises and represents clients in audits, investigations and disputes before Mexican authorities, including the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), PRODECON and other regulatory bodies, as well as before administrative and constitutional courts. His practice centres on complex tax disputes and enforcement-related matters. Prior to joining E&A Legal, he worked at specialised tax law firms, where he gained experience in taxpayer defence. Daniel holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
