About Daniel Lovecek

Daniel Lovecek is a principal at Senet and an expert in gambling and gaming, with extensive experience in Australian wagering and media law. He held senior roles at Tabcorp for 12 years and worked as a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills. He has advised on regulatory, corporate, commercial and compliance matters, including the AUD11 billion merger of the Tabcorp and Tatts groups. Daniel advises on bookmaker and gambling operator licensing, racing industry matters, casino and gaming issues, media rights, M&A, sports/racing integrity arrangements, gambling advertising/sponsorship, new product approvals, AML, regulatory compliance, etc. He is a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors and the Law Institute of Victoria.
