About Daniel Robin

Daniel Robin is SDV Fenchurch’s UK managing partner. Daniel specialises in advising and acting for commercial policyholders in ultra-high-value and complex coverage disputes, including under Property Damage, BI, PI and Directors & Officers policies. Daniel acts for a number of leading national and multi-national organisations. Prior to joining SDV Fenchurch, Daniel spent a decade as a solicitor and claims handler for leading insurers, and placing insurance policies in a broking role. He has experience of taking high-value disputes to trial, including cases decided in the Supreme Court. Daniel’s experience and insight is helpful in achieving positive outcomes for his policyholder clients.
