She has extensive experience with respect to corporate insolvency as well as contract and shareholder disputes. Daniella is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales and is the chairman of the disciplinary committee of the General Legal Counsel of which she has been a member for almost two decades.
