was appointed a senior associate of the firm in July 2019. In addition to her varied workload within the dispute resolution department of the firm, Danielle has more recently been assisting a partner, Samantha Grimes in her employment practice, specifically advising on compromise agreements and, more generally, on potential unfair dismissal claims, redundancies and disciplinary and grievance procedures. Danielle has a particular interest in the evolving "bullying at work" legislation and case law in Gibraltar and has presented and advised the firm’s employer clients and union representative clients as to the practical implications that the legislation is having on employees and employers alike.
