Daria Lysenko is a senior lawyer and head of the crypto department at SBSB FinTech Lawyers, advising international clients on the legal structuring and licensing of crypto and fintech businesses. With more than six years’ experience, she focuses on digital asset regulation, VASP/CASP licensing, MiCA regulation and cross-border operational models for crypto companies. Daria supports clients at all stages of project development, including jurisdiction selection, company incorporation, regulatory approvals and compliance system implementation. She has successfully advised on the launch of more than 50 crypto and fintech projects across Europe, Asia and offshore jurisdictions. Her work includes supporting crypto exchanges, Web3 platforms and payment solutions operating within evolving regulatory frameworks.
