About Debora Gobbo

Debora Gobbo is a partner at FIVERS Studio Legale e Tributario and a member of the banking, finance and insurance team. She advises insurance undertakings and intermediaries on Italian and EU insurance law and regulation, with particular focus on IVASS authorisation processes, including the acquisition of qualifying holdings, corporate governance and internal control systems, insurance distribution and insurance contracts, notably IBIPs. She also assists clients in supervisory inspections and sanction proceedings, as well as on AML/CFT and Legislative Decree No 231/2001 compliance. Debora has significant in-house secondment experience with insurance companies and regularly advises on cross-border insurance matters.
