About Deepankar Mishra

Deepankar Mishra is a counsel at Sim and San, and has extensive experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. He regularly represents domestic and international clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and various tribunals in high-value trade mark, patent and commercial matters. Deepankar has acted in significant pharmaceutical, telecommunications and technology disputes, including patent infringement actions involving substantial damages claims and complex enforcement strategies. His practice includes advising on commercially significant disputes with cross-border and regulatory dimensions. He is a member of the ECTA, INTA and AIPPI.
