About Denitsa Kuzeva

Denitsa Kuzeva is a senior associate at Kinstellar with over seven years of practice experience. She regularly assists international financial institutions on their financings for the development of various Bulgarian sectors. Denitsa advises domestic and international clients on a variety of finance and regulatory matters, including the compliance of finance agreements with Bulgarian legislation, the preparation of different security agreements and enforcement. She has also advised on some of the largest transactions handled by the Sofia office in the banking and insurance sectors, where she independently deals with due diligence, transaction documents and regulatory filings. Denitsa is a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association.
